Sleeping is a big factor in your health. It is a needed to survive and you shouldn't take it lightly. Lack of sleep can be linked to diseases and so much more.Getting the recommended hours of sleep can lead to a full and healthy life. Putting off sleep can only lead to problems. We always complain about being tired but it can be easily avoided with the proper amount of sleep. Not only that but your immune system will be boosted! Sleeping is also proven to be linked to your weight. If you don't get enough sleep you can gain weight and vice versa. Your mood is also a big thing that is effected which can cause all kinds of problems. Its linked to anxiety and depression too. All in all, not getting enough sleep only makes more trouble, so sleep!
